A social intervention for Te Awakairangi,
a city in transition.

This proposal of a temporary pavilion installation aims to capture the ever-present essence of Te Awakairangi in order to elevate the spiritual well-being of a city whilst in transformation. The pavilion hosts a temporary art therapy event that celebrates ideas of adaption, stillness, reconnection and home. Residents of this transforming city can see that the comfort of home which we seek, can always be found within ourselves.
